Welcome to OdiGreen. By booking a lesson, purchasing a digital product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to maintain our professional standards and ensure the highest quality of safety-conscious instruction for all students.
All students must possess a valid Manitoba Class 5L (Learner’s) permit or a higher-class license. This must be physically present during every in-car lesson.
OdiGreen reserves the right to cancel a lesson immediately without a refund if a student is suspected of being under the influence of any substance that impairs driving ability.
OdiGreen does not charge a separate registration or booking fee. The price displayed for each course, package, lesson, or digital product is the applicable OdiGreen price before any required taxes.
Payments made by credit or debit card are securely processed through our authorized payment provider. Any payment processing costs incurred by OdiGreen are included in our pricing and are not charged as a separate processing fee.
Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, package, and digital product policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Students may reschedule any lesson free of charge, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time through our Online Portal.
Because our instructor’s time and vehicle are reserved exclusively for you, any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to the following:
If OdiGreen must postpone a lesson due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or illness, the lesson will be rescheduled at no cost to the student.
OdiGreen packages and digital products are subject to the access periods specified at the time of purchase.
New Driver Essentials: All lessons must be completed within 6 months from the date of the first in-car lesson.
Road Test Readiness: All lessons must be completed within 3 months from the date of the first in-car lesson.
Complete Driver Mastery: All lessons must be completed within 12 months from the date of the first in-car lesson.
Mock Knowledge Test: Access is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and includes up to 3 mock-test attempts.
Complete Knowledge Test Prep: Access is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Competency Refresher: This is a single-session service. Choose an available date and time in My Portal after purchase. It is not subject to a separate package validity period. Changes to the scheduled appointment are subject to OdiGreen’s Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Note: Any unused lessons, credits, test attempts, or digital access remaining after the applicable validity period will expire and are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
To ensure maximum skill retention and student safety, we limit training to a maximum of two (2) lessons per week on non-consecutive days.
This package includes a 30-minute warm-up and the use of the OdiGreen dual-control vehicle for the MPI exam. It must be booked as a dedicated 90-minute block in our scheduler.
OdiGreen reserves the right to refuse the use of our vehicle for a road test if the instructor deems the student’s skill level unsafe for an exam environment.
Standalone Mock Knowledge Test: Access is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and includes up to 3 mock-test attempts during the access period.
Standalone Complete Knowledge Test Prep: Access is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Included Access with In-Car Packages: Complete Knowledge Test Prep is included at no additional cost with New Driver Essentials and Complete Driver Mastery. When provided as part of an in-car package, Knowledge Test Prep access follows the validity period of that package and expires when the associated in-car package expires.
Access automatically ends at the applicable expiry date. Unused access and remaining test attempts do not carry over beyond the expiry period.
Digital purchases grant 24/7 access to the OdiGreen practice bank.
Digital products: You may request a change-of-mind refund within 7 days of payment if you have not started a test or used or downloaded paid learning content. Signing in or receiving an enrolment alone does not count as use. Once use begins, change-of-mind refunds are normally unavailable. We review duplicate charges, unresolved technical access problems, materially misdescribed content and other exceptional circumstances individually, including after use or after 7 days. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected. All requests require administrator review; submitting a request does not approve a refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and remove only the refunded product’s access. A free digital test or course included with an in-car package has no separate cash refund value. This policy applies to new purchases made under this version; earlier purchases are reviewed individually.
